All Stars Wrap Around Care

At Our Ladys, we believe that learning is not restricted to the classroom, but it can instead take many forms and happen in many places. We are therefore proud to be establishing our own wrap around care in school, from 7.45am - 6.00pm each day. The aim of the club is to provide a happy, safe, warm and stimulating environment for all children to play, learn and develop freely and to help our children develop a responsibility for themselves and their actions, becoming competent, confident, independent and co-operative individuals.

Both Breakfast and After School Club will be operated by current school staff: Mrs Mather, Mrs Ely and Miss Slater. The club will operate from the Year 6 block of the school with its own entrance and exit point off the playground directly next to the classroom; off Kenilworth Road. This is where the children should be dropped off in the morning and collected from at the end of the day. Places are limited, so we encourage you to book in advance to secure your child’s place. Bookings will be made on a termly basis initially, with places offered to those children who are already part of The All Stars Club first, any additional places will then be offered out. All invoices will be sent out from the school office at the start of each term, they can then be paid via Parent Pay or an alternative method which has been communicated to us.

Spring Term Booking

Please complete this booking form to book a place for All Stars for the Spring Term. As with the previous term, the amount needed to be paid will based on what you indicate on this form. Unfortuantly, we cannot take payment off once it has been calculated so please book exactly what you need. Payment can be added if any ad-hoc bookings need to be made at any time. The booking that you make on this form will continue through to Easter.
