The weeks are passing so quickly and we all miss our school family, but I can honestly say that your emails, messages, beautiful art work and photos of our new way of learning, have brought us closer.
In Art…
Reception made wonderful Junk models and robots, big, small, shiny and all fabulous.
Year one drew around things, keeping a steady hand. Isaac even tricked me in thinking he’d drawn around a jelly fish!
Year two blew my socks off this week with their Lego building, it was so lovely to hear from so many of you, let’s keep this going year two.
Year three had to take their initial and change it into something else, like B is for bird and R is for rabbit. great job year three.
Year four completed a picture with only three circles on it, the possibilities were endless, from people to flowers, even planets in the solar system.
Year five took a cutting from a photo and completed the rest of the picture, we had cars, sassy cartoons and amazing patterns.
Year six are creating a crazy cactus picture with colour and pattern, this was only today’s session, so I’m looking forward to receiving these soon.
Next week every class activity is 3D. You can use clay, salt dough or play-dough, I have a few great recipes for them all. Each class will however will have different item to make with it. All class Art will be available from Monday morning, to complete when you want, just send me an hello and a picture of your art to r.curtis@ourladystarofthesea.lancs.sch.uk
Enjoy this beautiful weather, be happy and stay safe.
God bless
