Good Morning Year 5!!!
You’re nearly there! Just a few tasks to complete before the weekend! Shall we start with our weekly spelling test and lesson.
TASK 1 SPELLING
I hope you managed to play with your spellings- I set you up in games mode with this weeks spelling on Wednesday- hopefully this will help you to score well on your test. Last week we had Kyla, Hannah and Alice leading the way.
TASK 2 MATHS consolidation
POP on to Sumdog, I have set you a target of 50 correct answers for equivalence! You can do it!!!
TASK 3 GEOGRAPHY AND CONSERVATION
We have finished reading Kensuke’s Kingdom- what a great book! One of the wider themes in the book is the illegal hunting of the wild animals. This is the reason Kensuke stays on the island. Find out more about Organutans in the wild and how they are endangered. You could make a powerpoint, a poster or a sit a family member down and tell them what the issue is. You could send me a short email telling me what you have discovered. I have made a link here to the WWF website where you will find out more, you don’t have to stop there be curious.
