It truly has been a joy to hear your children’s voices ring out across the playground again. Each bubble has laughed, played, taken part in sporting activities and some have even danced! The children from KS1, have spent their lunchtimes playing running races, basketball and Hoola-Hoop jail. Whilst D to D, seems to be the firm favourite for the KS2 children. Whatever the children have been doing, they have done it with love, kindness and compassion for one another.
Mr Nay is continuing to provide sporting activities for all the children this year. This week the focus has been on athletics, with the children being able to take part in varying forms of running races to throwing and catching games. Skills that encompass the bases of so many sports. Mr Nay has been delighted with the children’s enthusiasm and resilience when taking part.
As the children are in their extended learning bubbles at lunchtime, we will be celebrating the successes of children in each of the bubbles.
