Today we are going to start writing our non-chronological report on our owl species. Similar to how we operated our newspaper report, we will be looking at different sections each day over the next two days.

RE & RHE - Life after lockdown and the Mass

TASK 1. What are you going to do when lockdown is lifted? Think about everything that you want to do and add it to the piece of artwork. Bring them back to school with you on the 8th March so that we can display them. I have made a template for you to print off and use or you can use your own.

I have set it as a TO DO incase you want to do it on PURPLE MASH. The choice is yours.

TASK 2 - PARTS OF THE MASS

Last week, I set you a task of creating a storyboard of the six parts of the Mass. If this has not been done, please can you complete this today.

If you have done it, I would like you to make an animation of the parts of the mass. By practising the animation skill over and over, we become really familiar with it. Can you make an animation that includes:

  • The beginning of Mass and Penitential Act.

  • The Liturgy of the Word and Gospel

  • The Offertory

  • The Consecration

  • Holy Communion

  • The Blessing

Can you also include text as part of your animation?
