"Whoever wants to understand much must play much"- Gottfried Benn

Through collaborative play, the children have discovered so much this week, out on the playground. The art of cooperation and problem solving, all play a part when children play together. The successes of a great playtime is written all over their faces as they return to class, with rosy cheeks, great big smiles and the eagerness to continue with their learning.

We are as a staff truly humbled to see the love, compassion and respect, of which the children show as they play together. Across the school, they play so beautifully within their bubbles. Older children with the younger, siblings or peers, no matter who, the expressions of sheer enjoyment is a sight to see.

Alongside the popular sporting activities of football, basketball and D to D, we have seen a variety of games unfold. Super heroes is as popular as ever, across all the lunchtime breaks. Vets, horses, the floor is lava and Tig have also been keeping the children busy.
