ASSEMBLY LINES IN CASE YOU HAVE MISLAID THEM.
ASSEMBLY LINES - PLEASE PRESS HERE FOR THE ASSEMBLY LINES ALL ABOUT TREES. (The children playing the the little girl and the creatures repeat the words of the narrator - so don’t have to learn everything off by heart - this time).
Thank you for all the fantastic BOATS!!! It was so lovely to see how much creativity had gone into these wonderful models.
READING
Reading - as always remains the priority when learning alongside family at home. Please encourage the children to decode using “Fred in your head” and then to re-read the page or the book to practice their fluency. The children are all engaging with the AR quizzes either independently now or with support.
MATHS
On Thursday I will be teaching the children how to use NUMBOTS - this an app which the school has subcribed to. It is a mathematical interface which tests the children’s’ mental maths fluency. By Thursday they will have learned how to use it - each child has a new password for this app and it would be great to have all the homework books in so we can glue this password in the front.
