Good morning those who love an expedition!!! I loved travelling especially when I was younger- in fact I traveled to Africa twice. On one of those trips I visited a remote part of Ethiopia, where the Blue Nile flowed. It was sooooo beautiful and the waterfall soooo big and powerful I was brought to tears! To day we will be investigating some of the world great rivers!!


TASK 1 NAME THE WORLDS GREATEST RIVERS

Today you have to locate and name the major rivers of the world! You have a Map to label and on on line atlas you can use. You may not be able to print the map. Instead write the names of the rivers in a list.

Once you have located and named them. Take this PowerPoint and read it carefully. Write a question for each slide. Now pretend you are a teacher teaching a parent or sibling about the rivers of the world- and teach. Note the link to Hinduism!!!
