A child reminds us that playtime is an essential part of our daily routine. Ralph Waldo Emerson

As another week draws to an end, we hope you have all had some well earned brain breaks and have had the opportunity to go outside and have some fresh air. Lunchtimes have been full of adventure and fun. We have had Howard Carter’s trusty assistants join us for a hearty meal after a long morning excavating Tutankhamun’s Tomb in the Valley of the Kings. Buzz Lightyear, Ninja’s, trains and Simon Says games played, along with stuck in the mud and tig. Tennis matches, skipping and football have also kept the children occupied in their free time.

Mr Nay has continued to deliver an assortment of sport this week. Cricket, hockey, football, penalty shoot outs and basketball were just some of the activities available to the children.
