We can’t believe we have come to the end of another half term and what a half term it has been! The children have played with such imagination, creativity and inclusion. It has been a joy to watch them grow in confidence, friendships and with such compassion and love.
This week we have seen shops being set up, animals parading and robots busy working away. Traditional games of hopscotch, skipping, hoola hooping and tig, are always firm favourites across the school. Some children enjoy bringing their sporting qualities into their spare time with games of tennis, basketball football and running races. With having been blessed with some sunshine, others chose to sit and relax with their friends.
Sporting opportunities have continued this week, with football, dodgeball, basketball, yoga and running. Mr Nay has been overjoyed with the eagerness and enthusiasm that the children have shown during their sessions. I know that he has definitely spotted some budding cricketers, athletes and tennis players for future sporting events. He is so impressed with each and every child for their determination and progression throughout this year. Well done to you all!
