Marvellous Monday

Dear Year 4,

I am glad you have finally met the FIRE FIEND RAZVANI! your descriptions using Year 4 grammar skills have been brilliant!

Don’t forget to do your Sum Dog!

What have year 4 been up to?

Lots of beautiful goddesses, excellent work and poor Bella has a broken finger! (But is still managing to do excellent work!!!!)

Why not go on Purple Mash on our SHARED YEAR 4 BLOG to wish her well?

Dear year 4

I am so delighted to see how hard you are trying at home. I know it is a very different situation from being in class but is so lovely to see so many of you adjusting to it - you are really into the swing of it now - those persuasive letters were FANTASTIC!!!!

I’m just busy writing your school reports at the moment which I am enjoying, but it makes me miss you a lot!

Keep it coming year 4 - keep trying your very hardest - YOU ARE THE MASTERS OF YOUR OWN LEARNING JOURNEY!

FLUTE ALERT!

Dear Year 4,

Mrs Maddocks, the flute teacher has realised she has left her OWN flute in one of your flute cases! The week before schools closed whilst Mrs Mather was getting pupils to pack away she was helping a couple of pupils in a small room and somebody accidentally packed away her flute.

It says ‘miyazawa’ on the neck. Please could you all check.

If you have it, could you please keep it safe during lockdown - or drop it off at the school.

Thanks,

Mrs Lyons

Lancashire School Games KS2 Virtual Competition - Challenge 1 Rugby

The Summer term is all about competition and this Summer is no different. Every year, the Lancashire Youth Games is hosted in Blackpool. For the past number of years we have had various teams complete. Last year, our Year 3 & 4 athletics team were there representing Wyre and Fylde. This year it is still going ahead…we can compete against other schools…virtually! Come on, let’s get Our Ladys involved!
