Reading

Steady progress is being made by all. The children have targets for this term- some of us have time targets as we are not yet reading for 60 mins each day. This includes the 25-30 mins of reading at school. I will share your child’s reading data with you at Parents evening in March to see if there is anything more you can work on.

Maths

Please complete R2 on IXL this week - more perimeter problems. These can get a bit tricky so some of us will need help (and that’s fine). Extra support is often just what we need.

Soem children are racing ahead in class so for them I have attached this tricky set of mathematical statements- are the statements:

Spelling/writing

The prefix ir on words beginning with r and some prefix revision- please learn:

Pretend you are Baptista (Kate and Bianca’s father) you are talking to Gremio (wealthy business man who wants to marry Bianca) Describe to him how you feel about Kate- you must use the spellings in bold! Be careful make sure you understand the meaning.
