"Our brains are built to benefit from play, no matter what our age." Theresa A. Kestly

Another week has passed us by and there has been no end to the creative games the children have played, despite the mixed bag of weather. Year 2 were had a take away set up, whilst Year 1 had a cone shop running! Games of spies, catch and fitness class have also been going on. In keystage 2, D to D and Tig are still the firm favourites. Whatever the children have been playing, they have done so with love and kindness.

Mr Nay has been looking at kicking skills throughout the whole school this week, paying particular attention to ball control. He will continue to develop this over the next few weeks. I know that the boys and many of the girls have enjoyed having a ball at their feet once more!
