“The gift of Play is that it invites us to create without attachment, explore without a destination, and enjoy without complexity.” ~ Vince Gowmon

Creative games have been in abundance this week on the playground. Laughter has rung out, smiles have beamed and imaginations have run wild. The floor is lava, fairy footsteps, unicorns and shopkeepers are to name but a few. The older children have played D to D, stuck in the mud and a variety of skipping games. No matter what the children have been up to, they have done so with love, kindness and understanding. The lunchtime team are so moved by the great respect that the children show to one another.

Sporting activities have continued, with the children enjoying every minute. Handball, dodgeball, cricket, target practice and basketball skills have all featured this week. Mr Nay continues to be so impressed with the development of the children, roll on the inter school sports!
