“Children have always learned and created places for themselves through play.” ~ Donna R. Barnes

Welcome back to the summer term, we hope that you all had a lovely Easter.

The sun has continued to shine this week and thankfully, the temperature had managed to rise by lunchtime. The children have been full of vigour and enthusiasm, as they have played. Friendships have continued to develop and stronger bonds have been made. Laughter has once again, echoed around the school and the biggest, brightest smiles have been seen, as the familiar games are played.

Kangeroos have been bouncing, turtles swiftly swimming the sea. Tig and stuck in the mud, are among the favourites being played. Some children have enjoyed relaxing on the field with a good book, while others explore. Whatever the children have been playing, it has been done with love, kindness and compassion.

Let’s Celebrate!

This week, the ladies have been so humbled by the excitement of the children at being able to sit together in the dining hall. They have also been so proud of how calm the children have been and the manners shown. They have been witness to some lovely conversations between the different peer groups and the respect and kindness that they have shown one another.

For this reason, they ladies have found it impossible to pick out individual children.

I am so proud to say that;

Role Model of the Week and Jacquis Marvelous Manners goes to every single child!

Thank you so much children, you are all so wonderful and the ladies and I are so proud of you all.

We hope that you have a lovely weekend and may the sun continue to shine!

God Bless
