We have had another fun filled day in the Lake District.
The sun has shone down making the day even more cheerful! Mrs Mather’s group have been rock climbing and windsurfing. Mrs Hotchkiss’ group have paddled to Peel Island (Wild Cat Island) and Mrs Webster’s group sailed away to a map reading adventure- returning to the house much later in the day. You may notice on the photos that Harry is holding a tyre at the top of the mountain we climbed! This is a tyre Mark and Jacob rescued from the bottom of the lake - discovered while sailing. The boys decided to clean it away - it then came with us up the mountain and back down again! There was teamwork involved in its removal and transportation - Harry is very strong and resilient - very impressive!!
