This Wednesday, our choir and dance team will be taking part in the first ever Showtime event for our local primary schools. We are really excited to give the children another opportunity to perform. These are the details for the event and what the children will need:

The children will have their lunch in school as normal.
A coach will collect the children from school at 2pm to take them to the theatre at North Pier. They will take part in rehearsals during the rest of the afternoon.
The choir will be wearing FULL SCHOOL UNIFORM. The dance team will be in black leggings and coloured t-shirts (as per their performance at The Winter Gardens). If the children are in both dance and choir, there will be an opportunity to change between performances.
The children will require a packed tea that they can eat before the show. Please send them with enough food and water. No fizzy drinks.
Please can the children pack their reading book. They can also bring some drawing and colouring things. We will have these for the children too.
The show starts at 7pm and is aiming to be finished by 8.45pm. If you are watching the show, you will be able to collect your child from the theatre after the event. If you are not, you will be able to meet your child on the promenade at the entrance to North Pier around 8.45pm. Staff will accompany them to you.
